The RSS feed for the verse is at http://www.biblegateway.com/votd/get/?format=atom&version=NASB - the version part of the query string supports several different ones, but not all. You can test if there's a particular version in which you're interested, to see if the XML returned is a verse or an error. If you've got a version you'd like to see supported, and it's returned by the RSS feed, I'd be happy to add it to the plug-in. Sure!
